In the spring of 2020, the Los Altos Educational Foundation (LAEF) completed a new Strategic Plan for 2020-2023 that builds on the significant past achievements of LAEF and identifies areas where LAEF can optimize and provide the greatest impact in the future.

Despite the global pandemic, the Strategic Focus Areas and Goals identified in this plan still apply. Specific actions may need to be modified to comply with state and local health guidelines. LAEF Board and Staff are committed to excellence in LAEF operations and activities thus strengthening their ability to effectively and resourcefully serve the students of LASD and continue striving in the years ahead.

Vision: All Los Altos Schoool District students receive an exceptional education preparing them to achieve their highest potential.
